INTRODUCTION: The coming regional war in the Middle East will reset regional realities bringing a genuine dialogue for peace and finally a real peace deal. When peace is declared (1 Thess 5:3) the extremist Jewish Settler Movement will work to sabotage that deal, possibly including staging an attack on the Roman Pope when he visits the temple mount in Jerusalem.
This will bring on the occupation of Jerusalem and Judea by the Europeans in the name of stopping the bloodshed and securing peace, which will be applauded by the surrounding Islamic nations including Turkey which desires to once again lead the Islamic world.
The Psalm 83 nations including Turkey will control Judea and thrust as many Jews as possible from off the land.
God has warned throughout the Fifth Book of Moses that possession of the Promised Land is totally dependent on the inhabitants living by every Word of God. Since modern Jews in Judea do NOT do so and the land of full of abominations, they will see one final captivity.
The Book of Obadiah is a warning to Turkey that if they ally with the New Europe and afflict Judah; they will also be destroyed in their turn.
The New Europe will go forth to attack Asia during the third year of the occupation of Judea, and the Asian nations will respond against Europe and overrun the Middle East to attack Jerusalem, where the Europeans leaders have fled to in order to make their last stand.
Daniel 11:40 And at the time of the end shall the king of the south [Judah/Egypt] push at him: and the king of the north [the New Europe] shall come against him like a whirlwind, with chariots, and with horsemen, and with many ships; and he shall enter into the countries, and shall overflow and pass over.
11:41 He shall enter also into the glorious land [Palestine], and many countries shall be overthrown: but these shall escape out of his hand, even [his allies] Edom [Turkey], and Moab, and the chief of the children of Ammon [Moab and Ammon are modern Jordan].
11:42 He shall stretch forth his hand also upon the countries: and the land of Egypt shall not escape.
11:43 But he shall have power over the treasures of gold and of silver, and over all the precious things of Egypt: and the Libyans and the Ethiopians shall be at his steps [shall serve the New Europe] .
11:44 But tidings out of the east and out of the north [Russia and China] shall trouble him: therefore he shall go forth [in the third year of the occupation of Jerusalem] with great fury to destroy, and utterly to make away many.
11:45 And he shall [the rulers of the New Europe will then flee to Jerusalem for their last stand] plant the tabernacles of his palace between the seas in the glorious holy mountain; yet he shall come to his end, and none shall help him.
Obadiah 1:1 The vision of Obadiah. Thus saith the Lord GOD concerning Edom [Modern Turkey]; We have heard a rumour from the LORD, and an ambassador is sent among the heathen [the nations of Asia], Arise ye, and let us rise up against her in battle.
Edom is modern Turkey; who will be in league with the New Europe and the nations surrounding modern Judea [except for Egypt] against Judah (Psalm 83).
1:2 Behold, I have made thee small among the heathen: thou art greatly despised.
1:3 The pride of thine heart hath deceived thee, thou that dwellest in the clefts of the rock, whose habitation is high [those who live in the mountains of modern Turkey]; that saith in his heart, Who shall bring me down to the ground?
1:4 Though thou exalt thyself as the eagle, and though thou set thy nest among the stars, thence will I bring thee down, saith the LORD.
After the New Europe conquers Judea, the Turks will think in their heart that as an ally of the New Europe they are safe from all possible enemies and that they will never fall in their mountainous land.
1:5 If thieves came to thee, if robbers by night, (how art thou cut off!) would they not have stolen till they had enough? if the grape gatherers [reapers] came to thee, would they not leave some grapes?
1:6 How are the things of Esau [Esau is Edom, modern Turkey] searched out! how are his hidden things sought up!
1:7 All the men of thy confederacy have brought thee even to the border: the men that were at peace with thee have deceived thee, and prevailed against thee; that they eat thy bread have laid a wound under thee: there is none understanding in him.
Turkey’s allies cannot save her and cannot defend her against the massive armies of Asia.
Germany, Austria and Hungary [Assur] will be a part of the New Europe and the following nations will be allied with the New Europe.
Turkey shall ally themselves with the New Europe and their other allies.
Psalm 83:1 Keep not thou silence, O God: hold not thy peace, and be not still, O God.
83:2 For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult: and they that hate thee have lifted up the head. 83:3 They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones.
83:4 They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance. 83:5 For they have consulted together with one consent: they are confederate against thee:
83:6 The tabernacles of Edom [Turkey], and the Ishmaelites [true Arabs, sons of Ishmael; sons of Abraham and Agar]; of Moab [northern Jordan today], and the Hagarenes [Arabs who are sons of Agar by a different husband than Abraham, and also not the sons of Ishmael];
83:7 Geba [Lebanon], and Ammon [southern Jordan today], and Amalek [a tribe of the Turks]; the Philistines [Gaza] with the inhabitants of Tyre;
83:8 Assur [Germany, Austria, Hungary] also is joined with them: they have holpen the children of Lot [will help modern Jordan; Ammon and Moab]. Selah.
Obadiah 1:8 Shall I not in that day, saith the LORD, even destroy the wise men out of Edom [Turkey], and understanding out of the mount of Esau [Turkey]
1:9 And thy mighty men, O Teman [Esau, Turkey], shall be dismayed, to the end that every one of the mount of Esau may be cut off by slaughter.
Turkey will fall for he shall be given over to the nations of the East for his perfidy against his brother Jacob [Judah and all the modern Israelite nations]. The mighty men of war of Turkey will be destroyed by the coming Russian/Chinese/Asian counter attack into the Middle East during and after the third year of the captivity of Judah.
Jerusalem will be trodden down of the Gentles for forty-two months (Rev 11) and then Messiah the Christ will come with all his saints; to bring in righteousness and to rule the whole earth.
1:10 For thy violence against thy brother Jacob shame shall cover thee, and thou shalt be cut off for ever.
Turkey will be cut off from being an independent nation by the destruction of the invasion from Asia.
1:11 In the day that thou stoodest on the other side, in the day that the strangers carried away captive his [Judah’s] forces, and foreigners entered into his [Judah’s] gates, and cast lots upon Jerusalem, even thou wast as one of them [one of the enemies of Judah] .
1:12 But thou shouldest not have looked on the day of thy brother in the day that he became a stranger; neither shouldest thou have rejoiced over the children of Judah in the day of their destruction; neither shouldest thou have spoken proudly in the day of distress.
When the New Europe conquers modern Judah; Turkey will rejoice and take part in dividing the spoils taken from his brother Judah.
1:13 Thou shouldest not have entered into the gate of my people in the day of their calamity; yea, thou shouldest not have looked on their affliction in the day of their calamity, nor have laid hands on their substance in the day of their calamity;
1:14 Neither shouldest thou have stood in the crossway, to cut off those of his that did escape; neither shouldest thou have delivered up those of his that did remain in the day of distress.
Turkey will take part in despoiling Judah,
1:15 For the day of the LORD is near upon all the heathen: as thou hast done, it shall be done unto thee: thy reward shall return upon thine own head.
1:16 For as ye have drunk upon my holy mountain, so shall all the heathen drink continually, yea, they shall drink, and they shall swallow down, and they shall be as though they had not been.
In the third year of the occupation of Judea, the New Europe will go to make war with Russia, China and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and they will respond by defeating Europe and then invading Turkey and the Middle East, massing outside Jerusalem where the leaders of Europe will have fled to make their last stand.
When Messiah the Christ comes he will give the land of modern Turkey to Jacob [a newly reunited Israel/Judah under the resurrected king David].
1:17 But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions.
Messiah will come to deliver all Israel and he will destroy all those arrayed against her.
1:18 And the house of Jacob [Israel] shall be a fire, and the house of Joseph [Ephraim (the British peoples) and Manasseh (the Anglo Saxon Americans)] a flame, and the house of Esau [Turkey] for stubble, and they shall kindle in them, and devour them; and there shall not be any remaining of the house of Esau; for the LORD hath spoken it.
1:19 And they of the south [Judah] shall possess the mount of Esau [Turkey]; and they of the plain [Judah will possess Gaza] the Philistines [Gaza]: and they [Israel] shall possess the fields of Ephraim, and the fields of Samaria: and Benjamin shall possess Gilead.
The land of Benjamin is around Jerusalem in the south, but Christ will give them a place in Gilead [Golan]. Originally the region of Gilead was allotted by Moses to the tribes of Gad, Reuben, and the eastern half of Manasseh (Deuteronomy 3:13; Numbers 32:40).
In that day the reunited nations of Israel and Judah under the resurrected king David will be given Turkey, Jordan, Gaza and Syria for vassal states by the Eternal.
The removal of the Jews from much of the land north of Jerusalem by the New Europe and the Psalm 83 alliance, will clear that land for the ingathering of the ten tribes to their land of Samaria.
A great number of Palestinians [the modern descendants of the ancient Samaritans who converted to Islam] who came from Mesopotamia (2 Kings 17:23-34) will also be slaughtered by the Asian armies and the remnant will be subject to Israel.
Today Judah considers the Palestinians as Canaanites because most of them converted to Islam during the spread of that religion.
Palestinians are not Canaanites! They are Samaritans who converted to Islam or Catholicism.
The Canaanites of today live in Lebanon and their remnant will be relocated to the land of the Sabeans [modern India near Goa] after Christ comes (Joel 3:4-8).
1:20 And the captivity of this host of the children of Israel shall possess that of the Canaanites [Lebanon], even unto Zarephath [Sidon]; and the captivity of Jerusalem, which is in Sepharad [removed to Spain], shall possess the cities of the south.
1:21 And saviours [the resurrected chosen] shall come up on mount Zion to judge the mount of Esau; and the kingdom shall be the LORD’s.
The Kingdom of God will be established by Messiah the Christ, and he shall rule over the whole earth.
