RCG NEWS: It seems that Dave Pack’s high hopes that three major COG leaders would die in Aug and most COG people would flock to him by yesterday have not been fulfilled. Is it possible that he is not Joshua as he claims?
In fact our sin bearer is Jesus Christ NOT Dave Pack; and our High Priest is Jesus Christ, not David Pack!

After the seven days of consecration in the tabernacle the priests were brought out on the Eighth Day. The Eighth Day always represents a new beginning and the newly consecrated High Priest was presented to the people on the Eighth Day, beginning the Mosaic Aaronic priesthood.
The new priesthood then offered a sin offering because they were physical and although priests of God were capable of sin. A Burnt Offering also being made to once again impress upon the Called Out priests that they were to be wholehearted zealous for learning, keeping and teaching the whole word of God; as Jesus Christ dedicated himself to keep the Father’s will and to live by every word of the Father, Mat 3:3.
9:1 And it came to pass on the eighth day, that Moses called Aaron and his sons, and the elders of Israel; 9:2 And he said unto Aaron, Take thee a young calf for a sin offering, and a ram for a burnt offering, without blemish, and offer them before the LORD.
Then the people were to offer burnt offerings to indicate that they had been reconciled to the Father by the sin offering of the High Priest, to become zealous for the Father’s word by the Intercessory work of the High Priest. The work of Aaron being an allegory of the work of the High Priest of the New Covenant, Jesus Chris; who gave himself as our Sin Offering to reconcile us with the Father.
Next the people were to bring a Peace Offering showing that: Through the application of the Sin Offering of the High Priest Jesus Christ, and our repentance to turn from sin to zealously keep the whole word of God [The Burnt Offering of total dedicated UNITY with the Father, is enabled by internalizing the word of God the Bread of Life Jesus Christ, represented by the Bread Offering] we are reconciled to become UNITED and of ONE mind and totally at Peace with the Father and the Son.
9:3 And unto the children of Israel thou shalt speak, saying, Take ye a kid of the goats for a sin offering; and a calf and a lamb, both of the first year, without blemish, for a burnt offering; 9:4 Also a bullock and a ram for peace offerings, to sacrifice before the LORD; and a meat [bread] offering mingled with oil: for to day the LORD will appear unto you.
9:5 And they brought that which Moses commanded before the tabernacle of the congregation: and all the congregation drew near and stood before the LORD.
If we repent of sin and the Sin Offering of Jesus Christ is applied to us, and we commit ourselves to go and sin no more by the power of the oil of the holy spirit; if we commit ourselves to be zealous to learn and keep the whole word of God with dedicated zeal, which is the washing of water of the word of God, the Burnt Offering: then we are reconciled and at Peace with the Father, the Peace Offering.
Then the glory of God shall be in you and among all those who follow the whole word of God with passionate love and dedicated zeal! Then you shall be the children of God!
9:6 And Moses said, This is the thing which the LORD commanded that ye should do: and the glory of the LORD shall appear unto you.
Aaron being a fallible man had to make atonement for himself and the people, but we have a perfect High Priest who was without sin and had no need to atone for himself; and offered himself to atone for the sins of the repentant Heb 7.
The Mosaic high priest was an allegory to teach us about the eternal High Priesthood of Jesus Christ; the entire book of Hebrews. The Priesthood of God: Hebrews Part One and The Priesthood of God: Hebrews: Part Two
9:7 And Moses said unto Aaron, Go unto the altar, and offer thy sin offering, and thy burnt offering, and make an atonement for thyself, and for the people: and offer the offering of the people, and make an atonement for them; as the LORD commanded.
Aaron then offered the Sin Offering for himself.
9:8 Aaron therefore went unto the altar, and slew the calf of the sin offering, which was for himself.
9:9 And the sons of Aaron brought the blood unto him: and he dipped his finger in the blood, and put it upon the horns of the altar, and poured out the blood at the bottom of the altar: 9:10 But the fat, and the kidneys, and the caul above the liver of the sin offering, he burnt upon the altar; as the LORD commanded Moses.
9:11 And the flesh and the hide he burnt with fire without the camp.
This burning outside the camp, symbolizing the total rejection of sin and the unrepentant sinful.
After the Sin Offering for himself he then presented the Burnt Offering symbolizing Christ-like dedicated zeal, to wholeheartedly learn and keep the whole word of God as Jesus Christ did.
After Aaron had killed the Burnt Offering his sons assisted him with the details of the Offering. Even so, we are called out to become priests of Melchesidek and to assist our High Priest Jesus Christ, to teach and bring humanity into a proper relationship with the Father.
9:12 And he slew the burnt offering; and Aaron’s sons presented unto him the blood, which he sprinkled round about upon the altar.
9:13 And they presented the burnt offering unto him, with the pieces thereof, and the head: and he burnt them upon the altar. 9:14 And he did wash the inwards and the legs, and burnt them upon the burnt offering on the altar.
Aaron offered the Sin and Burnt Offerings for himself, because he was a high priest subject to sin; this being required of the physical high priest, but not required to be offered for our sinless sacrifice and High Priest, Jesus Christ, because he had no sin.
The atoning offerings were then made by the physical high priest on behalf of the people called out of Egypt; picturing the sacrifice of Jesus Christ for the repentant Called Out of spiritual Egypt.
9:15 And he brought the people’s offering, and took the goat, which was the sin offering for the people, and slew it, and offered it for sin, as the first.
After the sacrifice of Jesus Christ is applied to atone for the sins of the repentant, they are then to dedicate themselves to Christ-like wholehearted service to the Father as pictured by the Burnt Offering.
9:16 And he brought the burnt offering, and offered it according to the manner.
The unleavened Bread Offering pictures Jesus Christ as the Bread of Life. the handful burned on the alter picturing Christ as the bread of Life sent by the Father; and the remainder to be eaten picturing the internalizing of the very nature of Christ by the repentant called out, John 6.
9:17 And he brought the meat offering, and took an handful thereof, and burnt it upon the altar, beside the burnt sacrifice of the morning.
Then with sin repented of and atoned for, and the repentant being zealous to learn and keep the whole word of God; which is to internalize the way to life eternal, the Bread of Life; to internalize the very nature of Christ and the Father as revealed in the whole word of God: We are reconciled to peace with God the Father and the Son Jesus Christ!
The Peace offerings are then made according to the commandments previously studied.
9:18 He slew also the bullock and the ram for a sacrifice of peace offerings, which was for the people: and Aaron’s sons presented unto him the blood, which he sprinkled upon the altar round about, 9:19 And the fat of the bullock and of the ram, the rump, and that which covereth the inwards, and the kidneys, and the caul above the liver: 9:20 And they put the fat upon the breasts, and he burnt the fat upon the altar: 9:21 And the breasts and the right shoulder Aaron waved for a wave offering before the LORD; as Moses commanded.
9:22 And Aaron lifted up his hand toward the people, and blessed them, and came down from offering of the sin offering, and the burnt offering, and peace offerings.
When all these things were done according to the instructions of Messiah as delivered to Moses; the glory of the presence of God fell on the tabernacle in the sight of all the people, and the fire of God consumed the offerings. Thus demonstrating that God will be present through his holy spirit, in his temple of the repentant Called Out of Sin!
Repentance [represented by the obedience in bringing the offerings] and the application of atonement for sin; followed by a dedicated zeal to serve God and to learn and keep his word and to “go and sin no more” reconciles us to the Father and brings the gift of forgiveness and the holy spirit to lead us into the truth of the whole word of God, to become like our Father in heaven!
9:23 And Moses and Aaron went into the tabernacle of the congregation, and came out, and blessed the people: and the glory of the LORD appeared unto all the people. 9:24 And there came a fire out from before the LORD, and consumed upon the altar the burnt offering and the fat: which when all the people saw, they shouted, and fell on their faces.
